There will be an additional merit badge event this summer. It is focused on public safety and is sponsored by our local scouting district and the Los Alamos Police Department. It looks like a great way to knock out some additional merit badges this summer and learn some important things about public safety. Emergency Preparedness is a required merit badge and would be great to work on. It sounds like you can finish most of the requirements for 7 merit badges!

Below are two versions of the registration form. The form must be received by Laura Gonzales no later than June 20th. Registration for all three days is only $12 if paid in advance. It is $15 if paid the same day.
